MARCH10

7 March: Celebrating L.’s birthday this week with Egg Nog (yay for Maker’s Mark!)…it’s also Sprocket’s 1st birthday on the 10th!

FEBRUARY10

28 February:…the chicken has landed — it’s Chicken n’ Waffles to celebrate B.’s birthday. Yup, chicken in a maple infused batter. Extremely experimental + only our second savoury taiyaki. We like to think outside of the box. =)

21 February: Matcha — oh how we missed thee!  Always happy to have Matcha as our special flavour. =)

14 February:  Choco-Cherry — we <3 this combination of Bing cherries with our choco batter. We also <3 each of you!

7 February: Coffee ‘n Cream, (uber yum with soft serve!) created from Costa Rican Tarrazu-Montes de Oro beans, roasted for us by M.

JANUARY10

31 January: Almond Toffee — yummy in your (+ our) tummies.

24 January: Brave the cold + rain, and come see us this week — Oatmeal Apple Cinnamon is guaranteed to warm you up. =)

17 January: Inspired by P. giving us Cadbury koalas, we’re bringing Choco-Caramel back.  =) Om nom nom nom.

10 January: Bananas + walnuts have joined forces to become our Catch of the Week, Banana Walnut.  =)

3 January: Black SesameFirst Catch of the Week of 2010 — seems only fitting that it’s Black Sesame. =)

DECEMBER09

27 December: Oatmeal-Cranberry — oatmeal batter with white chocolate cranberry filling. Yes, we’re on a white chocolate kick lately. =)

20 December: Choco-Peppermint — white chocolate peppermint custard in our uber yum choco batter.

13 December: Gingerbread! YAY! Gingerbread batter is back filled with yummy vanilla cream custard. Love this time of year!

6 December: ‘Tis the season! One of our favourites, Egg Nog, with Maker’s Mark bourbon is back!

NOVEMBER09

29 November: For our favourite queen of cupcakes’ birthday, we have White Chocolate Pistachio. <3 you, T.  =)

22 November: It’s Matcha-Matcha week this week to celebrate L.’s birthday! We have both Matcha custard + Matcha soft serve. We <3 Matcha. =)

15 November: Pecan Pie (with a hint of Meyer’s Rum) is back to celebrate N.+ J.’s birthday!

8 November: To celebrate his birthday, M. chose Choco-Coffee. He roasted the coffee beans (Costa Rica Tarrazu-Montes de Oro) himself!

1 November: Black Sesame – we’ve been saving this one for a special occasion, and are celebrating C.’s birthday this week!

OCTOBER09

All proceeds from all of October’s Catches of the Week will go to Susan G. Komen for the Cure.
25 October: Pumpkin Cheesecake, a personal favourite of ours. Happy Halloween!

18 October: Choco-Raspberry = our ever so popular choco batter + raspberries. Yum!

11 October: For A’s birthday this week, he has chosen to have Carrot Cake taiyaki (carrot batter with cream cheese + raisin filling) and Chocolate Mint soft serve.  We’re just as puzzled by the combination as you are, but hope you enjoy both (separately and/or together)!

4 October: We’re donning our party hats this week, and celebrating V.’s birthday with Caramel Apple as our Catch of the Week + Matcha soft serve!

SEPTEMBER09

27 September: Coffee ‘n’ Cream, made with Major Dickinson’s from our friends at Peet’s, is back! Super yum with vanilla soft serve! =) Proceeds from Coffee ‘n’ Cream will go to Susan G. Komen for the Cure to help raise breast cancer awareness.

20 September: Oatmeal-Apple Cinnamon, chunks of apple swirled with cinnamon in our oatmeal batter. Yum!

13 September: We’re back and it’s a Classic Catch of the Week this week! It’s Choco-Almond, the one that started the choco-batter craze. =)

6 September (Bonus Stage): Matcha Cream + Matcha Soft Serve are here for an extra day!  Don’t forget, we’re closed the 7th to the 14th.  We will return on the 15th with an extra special classic Catch of the Week.

AUGUST09

30 August: We’re celebrating N.’s birthday this week with Matcha cream custard AND Matcha soft serve! YAY!

23 August: Lemon Poppyseed returns this week (yay, poppyseed batter!). Possible sleeper hit?

16 August: Choco-Orange — unusual to have choco batter two weeks in a row, but this Catch of the Week is for a special Breamie from out of town. =)

9 August: Created for one of our fellow Breamies, Choco-Cherry, made with Bing cherries + our choco batter, is making its debut this week.

2 August: First Catch of the Week for August09 is Key Lime! Mmm..citrus. Summer is zooming by so fast.

JULY09

26 July: We’re celebrating the summer sunshine this week with Mango Cheesecake. =)  As an added bonus, we will have Matcha (Green Tea) soft serve this week too.

19 July: In celebration of one of our fellow Breamies’ birthdays, Peanut Butter + Banana is back.  =)

12 July: Mint Chocolate Chip is returning this week for one of our fellow Breamies.  =)

05 July: Choco-Coffee, made with Major Dickinson’s blend from our friends at Peet’s.

28 June: Peaches ‘n’ Cream, made with white peaches — yummy + refreshing.  Matcha soft serve all this week to celebrate Soft Cream Day (3 July)!

21 June: Matcha is back in celebration of our first birthday (22 June)!  We’re now 1!  YAY!

14 June: Choco-Caramel.  Choco batter is back!  =)

7 June: Made with dark rum, bananas, and cinnamon, our newest Catch of the Week is Bananas Foster.

31 May: Beginning on Tuesday, 2 June (we’re closed Sunday, 31 May for MakerFaire), we will have Lemon Blueberry — recommended by a fellow Breamie!

24 May: For someone special to Tiny and Tasty, we have Choco-Peanut Butter: Peanut Butter in our chocolate batter.  Yum!

17 May: Oatmeal Raisin is here — our 5th type of batter!

10 May: In celebration of Mother’s Day, Champagne Hibiscus is our Catch of the Week.

3 May: For Cinco De Mayo, we have Strawberry Tequila this week. Tiny and Tasty are tempted to break out the sombreros.

19 April: It’s a very special week in Sweet Breams’ history, so we’re having Matcha to celebrate!

12 April: For a special friend of Tiny and Tasty (actually, quite a few of you have mentioned that you’d like to see this Catch of the Week come back), we have Peanut Butter + Banana this week!

22 March: We’ve gotten many requests for Mint Chocolate Chip, so we’re bringing it back this week!

15 March: For St. Patrick’s Day, our Catch of the Week is Irish Cream, made with Bailey’s.

8 March: 14 March is White Day in Japan, so to celebrate, White Chocolate Macadamia will be returning starting this Sunday, 8 March.

1 March: Catch of the Week for a special friend of Tiny and Tasty: White Russian, made with Kahlua.
